I was very impressed by the author's sense of taste and  attention to  details. Even despite the fact that the apartment was being renovated for renting out, it is clear that they put their soul into it and thought out every detail. When you want to turn on the light somewhere, you instinctively reach out your hand to the place where you expect to see a switch or socket—and that's exactly where they are!

We worked with Ulyana on the design of three apartments. She has a non-standard approach and is very creative in implementing the chosen concept, while maintaining the agreed schedule and selecting cost-effective solutions. Ulyana is a true professional, and I really enjoy working with her.

We   collaborated in   St. Petersburg from   2015 to   2018, and   ended up designing and   renovating six apartments. Ulyana showed herself to be a competent designer and a good practitioner. I'll tell you about our renovation. We were making a nursery for a boy and a girl, children of the same age, and we really didn't want the room to be divided by gender. It is also important that children have their own workplaces and each have their own storage places! As a result, an absolute hit! The room was made superbly, taking into account all wishes. The interior is interesting and non-standard; it is convenient for everyday use. The room is well equipped! Good color scheme. You definitely can't imagine it yourself. Children love their room! This is a professional job! With taste, coziness and comfort!!!

This is not the first time I've contacted this studio, I've lost count. I like the team and the approach to work. Since I am a residential real estate investor, my main goal is not to spend, but to invest. And along the way, solve the puzzle of how, through relatively small investments, you can raise the rental rate by 20-25% of the market average. I'm glad that I can speak the same language with Ulyana. I like that the apartments turn out bright and fresh (while meeting the deadlines and budget), which makes them stand out in the rental market, pleases the tenants and brings me a stable income. It was necessary to put two bathrooms into operation in a country house. We could handle our ideas, but we wanted to make these rooms "wow". In August 2021, we were contacted to develop an "adaptation" design project for a one-room apartment. Good teamwork. Before this, I had experience working both with another company and with a freelancer. Working with Ulyana and her colleagues left only positive impressions. The customer's opinion is taken into account and at the same time, on fundamental things in design, a clear no is said. We think it will be better this way. There is a sense of knowledge of technical issues and problems that may arise when implementing a project. The budget is handled with care, which is good news. Deadlines are met. In August-September 2021, we worked with Ulyana and her team to adapt a standard project for an apartment for rent. It was very important for us to create a project for an apartment that would be rented "well" (expensively, quickly). And here, of course, we completely relied on the experience of Ulyana and her team. From the very first meeting, the team managed to create a very friendly working atmosphere and get us excited about the project. I would like to especially note the proven methodology for interviewing the client when developing technical specifications,clear planning of work on the project, adherence to deadlines for each stage, summing up each stage, attention to detail, the ability to convince the client of the need to use the proposed ideas, materials, and of course, incredible patience when communicating with meticulous clients. Now we are starting the renovation. We really hope that Ulyana's team will help us realize everything that was planned.

The US Interiors studio has three main points that, in my opinion, are necessary to create and implement a successful design project:
1. The ability to accurately collect information about the Customer (in order to clearly understand and get into the so-called "taste situation" 1-2 times, without having to torture yourself and the customer) this requires an informal and very systematic approach to the issue.
2. The desire to put your soul into each, even one of many, projects is a huge merit of Ulyana (studio director)
3. The ability to achieve results and bring everything to a successful conclusion within the agreed time frame - all studio employees are focused on results - this is a huge amount of work (especially against the backdrop of the monstrous carelessness of the majority of suppliers and manufacturers). A very important point - the coordinated work of all studio employees eliminates a lot of problems with The customer and saves a lot of money and time at the stage of packaging and purchasing all materials, furniture and accessories. The combination of all these factors in one studio is very rare. So I highly recommend it. It seems to me that soon I will have to stand in a long line, waiting for a design project to be developed by this particular studio))

Each new project completed by the studio team opens up new facets of the talent of the designer and manager Ulyana. Communication with her brings bright, unforgettable colors to everyday life, these working days become a holiday! Ulyana and I went to the Bauhouse store, Vantaa. A very good experience from the hike. My chaotic thoughts have acquired some reasonable outlines, because I am very far from repairs, but I need to do them. And I want it to be beautiful, warm, light, cozy. It's the kitchen! In addition to the fact that Ulyana is a pleasant person who knows how to keep company, she told us a lot about what to look for, showed fashion trends, and gave tips on details and stores. I hope to continue our pleasant cooperation and together create my kitchen of light and warmth.

I live in an apartment designed by Ulyana (rented by the Kasabu company). I was very impressed by the author's sense of taste and attention to detail. The colors were chosen in such a way that we decided not to transport old bed linen to the new apartment; we will select replacement sets in the same colors. What is important is that the furniture used is fairly affordable (it doesn't take much brains to install stools for $3,000, as is often the case. But to make it stylish and also inexpensive to make is an art). I thank Ulyana and Kasaba for a wonderful apartment, in which it is a pleasure to wake up every morning!
