The apartment is located on the second floor of the Dvortsovaya Sloboda club house, built in 2013. The house is made in the "Northern Modern" style, and its façade almost accurately replicates the appearance of the building that previously stood here in 1897, built by the architects B. I. Girshovich and E. F. Virrich.

The spacious and dramatic layout inspired a vibrant, eclectic interior with Scandinavian details.
The redevelopment was based on the classic rule: the public area (for receiving guests) is closer to the entrance, the private area (bedrooms, dressing room, master bathroom) is separated by wide doors and is located further from the entrance.

Practicality and eclecticism
We set out to plan a large open kitchen-living room with a dining area and an area for reading and entertaining. The guest bathroom is on the right hand from the entrance, the section for outerwear is on the left hand from the entrance. Bedrooms – one is a master bedroom, the other is a children's-guest room, with the possibility of a double-functional bed: it can either be divided into two single beds or moved together, turning it into a double bed.

In the Master bedroom we added a compact workspace that also functions as a dressing table. In the master bathroom, in addition to the standard set of plumbing fixtures, there is a huge bathtub - 190 centimeters long, as well as a washing machine and bidet. The dressing room is equipped with a multifunctional storage system and is closed with a curtain.
